You betcha. There is a 30-day trial for the free Community subscription during which there are no usage limits. When the trial is complete, you can use a credit card to purchase an Individual or Team plan (monthly or annual) to continue having full access. Or you can continue using the Community plan indefinitely.

The Community plan includes three document generations per month. You are able to edit templates, change data setup and enter data manually in forms. You may switch to unlimited document generations at any time by subscribing to the Individual plan.

There is a link to the self-serve customer billing portal under the "Manage my account" menu item on the header bar of Tag. The billing portal is powered by the Chargebee Subscription Billing service.

You do not need a credit card to sign up.

When you download nSymbol Tag for the first time, you will be prompted to create an account and your free trial will begin. Even if you enter credit card information and select a plan before the free trial has ended, your paid plan will not begin until after the trial has expired.

If, after the free trial has ended, you have not yet entered credit card information and selected a paid plan, then you will automatically continue on with the Community Plan, with limited functionality that resets each month.

You may change or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. If you cancel your subscription mid-month on the monthly plan, or mid-year in the annual plan, you will still have access to the tool until the end of your subscription term.
